The Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People (NICCY) will launch its long-awaited report “Still Waiting” at St Mary’s University College on Thursday, 27 September 2018.

The report is the culmination of a rights-based review of mental health services and support for children and young people in the north of Ireland.
