Professor Giovanni Farese, Universitá Europea di Roma with Dr Gerard McCann
Dr Gerard McCann, Senior Lecturer in International Studies at St Mary's University College, delivered the 2018 prestigious De Rosa Lecture at the Palazzo Altieri, Rome in December.
This year's lecture was titled, "The UK and the European Integration Process: From Accession to Brexit". Organised by the Associazione Bancaria Italiana, The Journal of European Economic History and ABIServizi, the annual lecture was established in memory of one of Italy's best known economic historians, Luigi De Rosa.
Dr McCann was also the guest of former Italian Prime Minister Giorgio La Malfa for the launch of his new translation of John Maynard Keynes' Il Tesoro at the Fondazione Ugo La Malfa.
