Dr Margaret Keane is once again a member of the Steering committee of HERODOT, the European Thematic Network for Geography in Higher Education.
The Steering Committee met at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (AUB) from the 10th to 12th November to plan a three year programme of support for its 150 member universities. Its purpose is to adapt the academic context of geography to the implications of geopolitical changes in Europe and so better meet the needs of society. Margaret Keane and Maria Villenueva of AUB will lead one of the four themes: Citizenship, Culture, Place and Identity.
