Community Engagement

The mission statement of the College seeks to position St Mary’s as a religious, educational, cultural and social resource for the local community and to show concern for the poor and powerless.

We seek to advance our community engagement and to support social enterprises in particular.

Unlike commercial enterprises, social enterprises have social objectives and do not aim to offer financial benefits to their investors, except where they believe that doing so will ultimately further their capacity to realise their social and environmental goals.
