EU General Data Protection Regulation
The Data Protection Act (2018) is accompanied by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR aims to provide greater assurance in protecting personal data through the enhancement of data processing requirements, organisation practice and procedures. The regulation applies from 25 May 2018. Updates impacting on College operational matters will be published on this website.
