Quality Assurance

In November 2001 the Masters level provision in St Mary’s University College was the subject of scrutiny by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA). The subject review was carried out during the period 5-8 November 2001.  We are delighted to inform you that St Mary’s received maximum scores in all areas of provision and thus the maximum overall score of 24 points was awarded. This is an outstanding achievement and one that is not common. The result of the review is a clear recognition of the high quality of provision offered by St Mary’s University Colleges Masters level programme. The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education has therefore approved our Masters level programme and commended it for its quality and excellence and for its contribution to the education profession. We are proud to add this seal of approval to our excellent existing track record.
